GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
Article 1 - Designation of the seller
This site linstan.fr is published by the company JUNE 11 SAS (LINSTAN) with capital of 10,000 euros whose head office is located at: 45 rue Gaillat, Centre Hiru-Kasko, Building C, Lot C12 - 64990 LAHONCE
registered with the Bayonne Trade and Companies Register under number 853 302 792.
Represented by Mr. Stanislas BROYER as President and Mrs. Lindsay GALIZZI as
General Manager.
Article 2 - General provisions relating to these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the General Terms and Conditions)
1. Purpose of the T&Cs
These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) apply only to transactions carried out via the linstan.fr website for
products presented there. Access to the site is free and open to all.
2. Scope of application of the General Terms and Conditions
These T&Cs exclusively govern online sales contracts for products available on linstan.fr (hereinafter referred to as
as the professional seller) to buyers considered as consumers (hereinafter referred to as
consumers).
They constitute, with the online order form, the contractual documents binding the parties,
with the exception of any other document such as prospectuses, catalogues or photographs of the products, which are not given
for information purposes only.
The General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to products delivered to consumers residing in France and/or in a country of the European Union. They are written in French, as is all contractual information published on the site.
3. Availability and enforceability of the T&Cs
The T&Cs are accessible directly on the seller's website and are applicable to any consumer who, by checking one
dedicated box, acknowledges having read and accepted them before finalizing his order. Confirmation of the order by the buyer constitutes acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions in force on the date of the order, which the seller undertakes to keep and reproduce in accordance with Article 1127-2 of the Civil Code.
4. Modification of the T&Cs
The current T&Cs were updated on April 24, 2024.
The professional seller reserves the right to modify its T&Cs at any time. In the event of modification, the T&Cs
applicable remain those in force on the day of the order, a dated copy of which can be provided upon request from the
consumer.
5. Clauses of the General Terms and Conditions
The invalidity of a clause of these General Terms and Conditions does not compromise the overall validity of the other clauses. The non-application,
temporary or definitive, of one or more clauses by the professional seller does not constitute a waiver of
its rights over the other clauses which retain their full force and effect.
Article 3 - Products
1. Characteristics
The products offered on the linstan.fr website are those available at the time the customer confirms and pays for their order. LINSTAN may adjust its offerings at any time, including adding, modifying, or removing products.
Each product is accompanied by a description that specifies its essential characteristics in accordance with Article L. 111-1 of the French Consumer Code. Please note that product photographs are not contractually binding.
2. Use of the products
LINSTAN ensures that it provides accurate information on the essential characteristics of the products through technical descriptions provided by its partners and suppliers, as well as photographs.
This editorial information generally comes from documentation prepared by manufacturers or constructors, and is published with their consent. LINSTAN is committed to providing detailed responses to any request for additional information on its products.
LINSTAN cannot be held responsible for changes or errors in the description of products, except
if these affect the essential characteristics of the products.
In accordance with Article L111-4 of the Consumer Code, LINSTAN is informed by the manufacturer or importer of the movable goods on the availability of the necessary spare parts, and this information is systematically communicated to the consumer in a legible manner before the conclusion of the contract and confirmed in writing upon purchase.
3. Compliance
The products meet current standards regarding the safety and health of people, the fairness of transactions
and consumer protection when they are placed on the market. They comply with current French legislation.
4. Stock availability
Products are available while they are in stock. If an ordered product is unavailable, the customer will be informed immediately and LINSTAN may offer a replacement product of equivalent quality and price.
In the absence of substitute products, reimbursement will be made within 5 working days. No cancellation compensation is due by the seller, unless the non-performance of the contract is directly attributable to the seller.
3. Resale of products
The resale or reconditioning of products purchased on the linstan.fr website requires the prior written consent of LINSTAN.
Article 4 - Price
1. Selling price
The sale prices of the products are indicated in euros including all taxes in accordance with article L. 112-1 of the French Consumer Code, but exclude delivery and transport costs, which are mentioned separately before validation of the order and invoiced in addition.
The total to be paid by the consumer is clearly indicated both in the shopping cart and on the order confirmation page.
The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of ordering. During promotions, the reduced price will be applied to all orders placed during the advertised promotional period.
2. Price changes
The professional seller can change the prices of its products at any time. However, the price charged to the consumer will be the one in effect at the time the order is placed, thus ensuring transparency for the consumer.
3. Additional charges
Shipping, delivery, and other potential charges, such as postage, are specified on the order form.
These costs are communicated to the consumer before finalizing the order, thus allowing total transparency on the total costs of the purchase.
Article 5 - Offer
1. Scope of application
The product offers presented on the linstan.fr website are exclusively intended for consumers residing in France or in a member country of the European Union, with deliveries planned in these same geographical areas.
2. Validity of offers
Unless otherwise specifically stated, online sales offers are valid as long as the products are available in the electronic catalog and while stocks last.
3. Acceptance procedure
The consumer's acceptance of the offer is confirmed by the double-click procedure, which validates the order. This method ensures clear and definitive confirmation of the order after a detailed summary and an opportunity to correct any errors.
Article 6 - Order
Contract Conclusion Process
1. Ordering terms

Customers can place orders by contacting the Advice & Remote Sales team at 06 67 64 73 80. A customer service representative will process the order directly. After the call, an order confirmation and corresponding invoice will be sent to the customer by email, including a secure payment button. - Online :
To order, the consumer fills their virtual shopping cart by selecting the desired products and quantities. They then click "Pay" to enter the delivery and payment information. The customer must also provide and verify the validity of their personal information, such as their first and last name, and email address, ensuring that LINSTAN emails are not filtered as SPAM.
Before finalizing the order with "Order and Pay," the consumer can review and modify their order if necessary. Confirming the order signifies acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions and formalizes the contract. A confirmation email summarizing the order and its payment is sent by the seller.
2. Modification of the order
Any request by the consumer to change the order after its confirmation must be approved by the seller. The change can be made if the order has not yet been shipped.
3. Validation of the order
The seller reserves the right to refuse an order for valid reasons, in particular if the quantities ordered are excessively high for a consumer.
The seller may also refuse or postpone processing an order suspected of fraud, such as identity theft or theft of means of
payment.
4. Cancellation and refund conditions for video conference repairs.
- Cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled date and time: You can cancel your video repair appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled date and time. If canceled within this timeframe, a full refund will be issued, less a €1 bank transaction fee.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment: If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled date and time of the appointment, a partial refund of 50% of the total amount will be issued. A €1 bank transaction fee will also be deducted from this refund.
Article 7 - Contract
1. Conclusion of the contract
The sales contract is established when the consumer sends confirmation of his order.
2. Archiving and proof
Communications, purchase orders, and invoices are archived on a reliable and durable medium, allowing for the preservation of a true and lasting copy, in accordance with Article 1360 of the Civil Code. These documents are kept as proof of the contract.
Article 8 - Payment
Payment methods
1. Payment options
• Bank cards: We accept payments by Carte Bleue, Visa, American Express, and Mastercard.
• Bank transfer: Payment by bank transfer must be made in full at the time of ordering. LINSTAN's bank details are provided on the order confirmation page and by email. If the transfer is not received within four (4) business days of order confirmation, the order will be considered cancelled.
• PayPal: Payment can also be made via PayPal. When paying, the customer must enter their PayPal email and password. For new PayPal users, a link to create an account will be available during checkout. It is also possible to use PayPal Express to place an order directly without creating an account on LINSTAN.
2. Payment due date
Payment of the total price is due immediately after confirmation of the order and must be made by credit card at the time of ordering.
3. Payment security
Our website incorporates a secure online payment system that encrypts the transmission of banking data via a secure electronic payment server. Consumer banking data is never processed by LINSTAN's computer system, ensuring maximum protection of your personal information.
Article 9 - Delivery
1. Definition
Delivery consists of the handing over of physical possession of the product to the consumer.
2. Shipping time
LINSTAN undertakes to process orders within 24 working hours after validation of the order, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, subject to stock availability.
3. Delivery time
Orders are delivered to La Poste or its subsidiaries (tracked letter, Colissimo, Chronopost) or to DPD, depending on the customer's choice. Delivery times vary from 1 to 6 days for mainland France, Corsica, and Belgium. For overseas territories or abroad, delivery times may vary depending on the region or country. An express delivery option is available in France for orders placed before 3:45 p.m., processed the same day.
Orders placed after this time are processed the following business day. LINSTAN cannot be held responsible for delivery failures due to errors or failure by the customer to provide correct delivery information.
4. Delay in delivery
If delivery is delayed by more than six working days, the customer must contact LINSTAN customer service, who will take
appropriate measures.
5. Delivery location and Click & Collect
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. The Click & Collect service allows the customer to collect their product from the LINSTAN warehouse, 45 rue Gaillat, 64990 Lahonce, Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding public holidays. The customer has 10 days after order confirmation to collect their purchase.
If the product is not collected within this time frame, it will be returned to stock and the customer will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. If the ordered product is unavailable within 2 business days, the customer will also be refunded. A product delivery document signed by the customer upon collection will certify delivery.
6. Product conformity
In the event of non-conformity of the delivered product with the order, the consumer can contact the seller to
request replacement of the product or cancellation of the sale.
7. Transfer of ownership
Ownership of the product is transferred to the buyer on the delivery date mentioned on the order form, unless full payment has not been made when ordering.
